I will try to make a long story short:

Last week jailbroke my ATV2 using seasonpass. Followed instructions - no problems.

Purchased additional ATV2 for upstairs last night - followed same instructions. No luck. Racked my brain last night and nothing.

This morning. On my break at work come across this quote "Seas0npass may not change the ATV menu." found on this thread http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=99315

I am just curious if anyone has experienced success without Seasonpass appearing in the menu.

on the newer versions of season pass i havent seen it appear in the menu. If u can SSH into the atv2 you are jailbroken

Oh man. I may have spent hours last night trying to get it to work. ha ha ha. I am currently at work so it will have to wait while I stew over the last hours and having to wait to give it a go.

I did the same thing. The guide I read said I'd have a Seas0nPass tab after the jailbreak, but this wasn't the case. It was jailbroken successfully though, yours probably is too.

As danfozzy mentioned, just try and SSH to your appleTV.
