[EXTRAPACKS - TUTORIAL] Aeon MQ 3

Aeon MQ 3 allow you to use Extrapacks, which are image packs. You can use an official Extrapack or create your own.

With a backdrop Extrapack you can change all skin images at once; you can use weather backdrops based on current weather conditions and you can use animated icons for weather, studios, etc.

This way, any user can create and share an Extrapack.

On this topic I'll publish all official and user-created Extrapacks.


How to build my own extrapack background images ?

Very simple, just create or edit your favorite images in any format, create the folders with these names below, and put your images inside.
Send it to me, I will publish for all to download:

addons, autumn, disc, favourites, games, gametrailers, livetv, movies, music, musicvideos, pictures, settings, shutdown, spring, summer, trailers, tvguide, tvshows, videos, winter


It's fairly simple to use, just download and uncompress the Extrapack file anywhere in your computer. You can watch the video below for detailed configurations (wanilton, thank you for that):

I will post my question here aswell. Is there support for making a backdrop pack with multiple backdrops per section?

instead of:

Backdrops/
movies.jpg
tvseries.jpg

I would like

Backdrops/
Videos/
video1.jpg
video2.jpg
Movies/
movie1.jpg
movie2.jpg

and so on Is it possible?

At this time only one image of each type. For this you can use the option in the settings to multiple images.

Ok Yeah I know I can do it manually. Would be nice as a future feature though. To be able to create a pack Would save time when setting up the skin.

Dear users, please not create any extrapack at this time.

I am testing the mindweaver suggestion, if all goes well, the next version of skin will support extrapacks with multiple images.
