I have finally decided to upgrade the audio on my Samsung 55". They are downward facing speakers and just don't seem to do the job anymore. I would really like to get a 2.1 soundbar and woofer combo. This is for the bedroom so a crazy 7.1 setup is not something I want to deal with. I also want to make sure it does DTS and TrueHD audio as well. I have yet to really experience this kind of audio so I am hoping it will be a well worth upgrade. Any suggestions would be great!

if you want the cleanest and the best sound bar, this one is for you- Yamaha YSP-5100 Digital Sound Projector™. everything is included in the sound bar, which mean that there is no extra receiver, subwoofer, wire, etc.

if you want better surround sound, the package with individual speakers and avr is best way to go.

I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!
