Pointer Arrow always on top?

My Windows 7. My skin is Transparency. I am having a new problem. You know how the arrow or pointer thingy is blue in xbmc and white in regular windows? Well for some reason the white pointer arrow is visible in xbmc. Right in the center of the screen. I have to move it all the way to the right to keep it from driving me mad. I don't seem to remember this being the case. Can anyone tell me how to get it to disappear. One last thing... I'm not in windowed mode.

Let's see if I can just remember this:
Settings -> Appearance -> Look & Feel -> Enable Mouse

If you untick the box, you won't see your mouse-pointer.
