Hey there everyone
i have new giada a50 htpc. this is the spec of the machine :

Giada A50
AMD® E-350
AMD® Hudson M1
ATI® Radeon HD 6310 graphics
1 x So-DIMM Slots, DDR3-1066 2G (Max. 4G)
2.5" HDD, (Max 1TB)
Gigabit LAN + WiFi 802.11n + Bluetooth
AUDIO-Out/MIC-in/SPDIF-out(via adapter)


i installed on it - windows xp pro sp3 and then XBMC 10.1 with Aeon Mq3
Now for the problems :

1. First the 1080p problems - in the site and every place i see that i can play with this htpc 1080p movies but when i play 1080p blue ray movie it's not working well at all - i have AMD Catalyst 11.9

2. the Audio problem - i see i have both Realtek HD and AMD HD Audio installed but when i go to xbmc i don't have sound - the computer have sound
i went to the settings and choose HDMI (my computer connected to the receiver with only HDMI cable)
i tried every option to change also to Analog but nothing is working

i hope someone could help me here

Also when i playing movie and i'm on analog and change it to hdmi i get Failed to initialize audio device check your audio settings

the menu have sound and i on the AMD HD in the settings

In XBMC - System - Audio Output i have :
Audio Output : HDMI
Speaker Conf : 5.1
Boost Volume... : On
Dolby Digital... : On
DTS Capable... : On
Audio output : Directsound : ATI HD Audio Rear Output

Have a look in the Windows Control Panel, Sound. You might need to make the HDMI audio the default.
