Doing a few projects for family and friends, would love to use this case Wesena ITX 7-2, has anyone any experience on this case with which would be the best motherboard, I have read through the guides, but have not seen many builds with this case, I need it to be silent, play mkv up to 1080p and take advantge of the new True HD and Dolby Digital formats, my understanding at the moment is I have to use Windows 7 for this, I would prefer if possible to use Openelec as its a dedicated HTPC

Quiet pc are just started doing a new range of cases from Streacom, they look fantastic, just having a look at the thread you linked to Paul
