If you're going to run W7 then I would go for ATI. I've heard good things about the HD 6570. Nvidia has a macroblocking issue when you FF or RW in W7.

any Radeon HD6xxx series can BitStream HD-Audio too,,
not just the GT430's...
again, refer to my guide...

pick up the INTEL G530 mini ITX build thats there
and just swap the video card so u can bitstream HD audio,,,
