Title pretty much sums it up - I would love to have the fanart for the most recently added movie or TV Show populate the backdrop on the Home Screen. I wouldn't assume this to be difficult, but I also don't know where to even begin looking. Heck, maybe this is already an option and I just can't find it!

If this is possible, I think it would be great to use the Movie Poster for the recently added thumbnail pic (little picture right above the menu bar on the far right) as opposed to the fanart, since it would simply be showing double of the same picture/...

Anyways, I hope this makes sense, and that I hear from somebody!

This is now available in Aeon Nox (eden-pre only and just committed moments ago). I didn't change the thumb of the widget to a poster though, as the latest selected thumb remains on the widget to be seen. So this can differ from the latest episode/movie.
Enable in the background customizer.
