I've created ticket in Trac - http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/12214 - the bug prevents me from using XBMC from Git. I've attached a logfile into the ticket, hope it will help. With XBMC 10.1 there are 'DEBUG: CDVDPlayerAudio:: Discontinuity' messages too but playback never breaks until internet connection fails. With current Git build playback stops after few minutes.
