im starting to like the simple/nice appearance of this skin Smile

some thought/problems though;

1. i cant get all my movies to "sync" properly.

(in windows "explorer" and also when i visit the similar in xbmc, i can see all my movies - about 344 movies)

but when in library-view in xbmc, with a recent update of the movies,
im missing about 6 of them, i know it isnt much.. but still annoying.

2. no longer can i see the info when "hoovering" over the movie-title,
before i was able to see in the down right corner (except from the movie-cover that still is showing with a large picture);

screen-resolution (720/1080)
container? (H264)
soundquality (dts/dolby)
release-company (lionsgate, disney)
and also the "rating" of the movies (the stars up to 5)

well im able to see this info on a few movies, i guess five of them

would really appreciate some help/hints about this,
because ive gotten attached to the skin and dont want to change again!

1. Isn't a skin problem and you'll have to hunt down the ones that don't get scraped.

2. Have you enabled 'Extract meta data and thumbs' in the Video settings?

1. You should find plenty of posts about that here.

2. That's it.

3. Look down a few posts.

this is one thing i do not get.. why isnt people more helpfull?

to put a link to the main-forum and say "look a bit down.." isnt helpfull a bit,
ive been searching many threads about how to "manually put new movies in".

not a long time ago i asked how do hide the clock/date, and i was given the answer "you have to edit the xml-file yourself", but not a word about which file, or where its placed.

why keep the solution to yourself, when you maybe could be helpfull to your neighbour?

More helpful, seriously?

I've put hundreds of hours of my free time into XBMC - I can't always answer every question about 'how to do this?' or 'how to do that?' and most of the time it's already been answered.

Your first question isn't skin related so it should be asked in General Help - doing a search there for 'missing movies' returns plenty of other threads -

I simply didn't have the time to give a detailed reply but at least I gave you a head start (surely better than not answering at all?) and if you asked in the very thread that I said to look at why did you ask again when the answer was provided?

People have real lives you know and can't always be expected to help out everyone.

/Rant over.
