Samba share on Kodibuntu PC
#1
Hello, I have just started using Kodibuntu and it's going well. I've added another hard drive to the box and would like to set up a Samba share so I can backup files from my Windows 7 computer.

Unfamiliar with Linux, I've read a few guides and have managed to set up the share. It worked great the first time I accessed it from my W7 PC. Now it gives me the error "network path was not found".

I'm not sure why this is happening. The default shares (downloads, movies, etc) work fine. Would it be because the additional drive isn't apart of /home?

I would really appreciate any helpSmile I need to enroll in "Linux 101"!
