how to refresh metadata?

I just installed back row last night and it started to gather metadata for my tv shows and movies. shortly after i did something which caused that to stop and i only have a few movies and tv shows appearing now. How can i get it to restart the scan for media/metadata?

Go back into "Videos" point the selection over your specific source eg Movies, TV Shows or however else you've named them. Then select the context menu and select "scan for new content".

hey do you know how to get the context menu from the appletv remote? is it holding the menu button or the select button or something? |

Ah sorry I'm sure - I think it's holding down the menu button for a few seconds.
