now is it

I'm a liittle unsure of your question?

If I understand correctly you want to add another menu button labbeled "3D Movies"
If so "yes" you can, there are skins that support this natively without having to create or edit the .xml file manually, namely Aeon MQ3 credited to "Marcoqui".

This can be achieved by adding a vplaylist from a smart playlist in settings> skin options> shortcuts and backdrops.

Aeon MQ3 give the advantage of being able to add 10+ additional home menu screens in various video/audio or add-ons.
