My xbmc just finished scanning all my movies on my nas and i got it worked out where they are all correct but some of them don't show up in the correct genres. I am wondering if there is a way to go in and manually add or remove movies from a certain genre.

The only way I know is to export the library to separate files (stored with the media).
You can then edit the data and rescan it.

There is a library editor available in xbmc passion repo, or try out cirrus extended in my signature, you can edit, add, delete genres, edit mpaa, plot etc. Within xbmc.
Just go to the info screen and press button edit library.
