CD ALBUM - Logic for meta tag

Hi, I have installed xbmc-20111126-eac52fe-master-ios.deb in my IPAD2 - but this is "not" about specific OS.

I updated my music folder to create the LIBRARY in xbmc.

Whenever the album-artist are different within the SAME ALBUM the cover art shown in the MUSIC->ALBUM is wrong! However, when the album-artist is IDENTICAL for the SAME ALBUM the cover art shown is CORRECT!

Is this how the scrapper should work to create the database from meta tag?

An album can have different artist - right?

Can any developer throw some light on this? I would really appreciate it
