[atv2] crashes when scanning music library

There is no build of it atm because the buildbots are suspended for Eden beta. So its in the master code ... no file to download for you yet ...

Thumbnails using nfs shares using afp and mysql all off the same host. Interesting.

Have you tried browsing your afp source to see if it still works? It manages to see the db and get the thumbnails but bails when trying to get the music.

Maybe it doesn't like fiddy cent Smile

Ps start your own thread instead of hijacking one

I,m not sure That is here to post it but i would to know if the movies bought on iTunes are compatibles with xbmc library ?

No. They have DRM, which means you can only play those movies in an Apple player such as iTunes. Also, make a new thread for new issues. This has nothing to do with the current thread.

i'm having the same crashing problem when trying to scan to library. (ATV2, music files are on a windows SMB share.) using Eden version that came from http://firecore.com/atvflash add-on. any suggestions?

Since my music library isn't changing often and i already used MySQL as db backend, i turned off music library scanning at ATV2 and scanned it using XBMC at Windows. It's stable there and much faster Smile
