Get RC3 and try again.
Secondly never post snippets on the forum since they are usually useless. Always full Debug Log and post them on xbmclogs.com and give the link.
If still crashing upload the crash logs somewhere for download

I am not sure where I can post the dumps.

Here are the crash dumps that go with the above log.

unfortunately the .dmp files just tell us that the crash happens inside libplibc-1.dll which we use as a precompiled library bundled with libmicrohttpd. Not much we can do atm.

I didn't know that my thread is still alive...
I upgraded to a bit after the stable version was releasesd and the problem is still there although I am using a real remote now so I don't care too much about it.
However - if you need any help debugging it I would gladly help.

At the risk of awakening a dead thread, I have this exact issue on 12.3 and the latest 13 beta 4

There are hints yet again to it being libplibc-1.dll in the windows system event viewer.

I've been trying to tackle this problem for weeks, and haven't been able to figure out what's causing the issue.

It's very clear that it has nothing to do with xbmc configuration or install, I've tried running it in portable mode, reinstalling...

The only thing I'm not willing to try right this moment is a full system reinstall.

Possibly worthy of noting is that it works on a Win7 VM I have installed in virtualbox.

Being that I've resurrected this, I'll be happy to continue the discussion and do anything necessary to fix the bug.
