Hello,
I'm running XBMC on an atv2, 4.3.
I used UPnP to connect to my Iomega Cloud drive, which works and plays great, but no thumbnails or metadata.

I read somewhere that UPnP won't allow thumbnails/meta to be added, so I tried SMB. This worked for getting the thumbs, but it won't play the files.
Is there a reason anyone can think of why it won't play them if connected as SMB? It works from my mac.

Or any updates on getting thumbs with UPnP?

thumbs will never work with UPnP (not for the foreseeable future, at least)

I'm curious if your uPnP source updates when you add new files... say you are sharing a folder where SABNZBD downloads and a new download becomes available. Does XBMC see it?

I have to restart XBMC to find the file with uPnP (TVersity), last night's build.
