So I was having some problems with my audio with HD video. I Google searched it and came up with a solution( I cant find the solution again), but know I get volume fluctuations.... super quiet talking and loud in explosions.

any help would be great!

this is normal. it´s called dynamic range... as in real life conditions, explosions are much louder than speaking or whispering.
if u don´t like that, or would like to watch movies in the night while the kids are sleeping, enable dynamic volume on ur receiver...
