Subtitle icon / display

I've been using XBMC for a couple of years, but there's one thing that kind of eludes me:

I live in Denmark, and eventhough I don't really care about subtitles for my media, as I'm kinda fluid in english, my girlfriend prefers danish subtitles for our media .. or at least, when she has to watch a full movie (I got her to watch TV shows without subtitles for now).

Anyway, as I have movies with and without subtitles in my library, it would be really great if I could tell the difference without starting the movie. That way, it would be easy to see which movies are watchable, and which are not.

I know this challenge could be solved by having multiple profiles (One that indexes my movie folder with subs, and one for the folder without), but it seems a bit annoying having to switch profiles, and only see part of the library.

Would it be possible for XBMC to index the subtitles related to a specific movie and display the found languages with icons like studios etc.), or is it a feature that I'm the only one who wants ?

Displaying the (first available) subtitle language in library lists is possible but I don't know how many skins actually support it.

I work as a developer, and have been considering looking into skinning for some time, as I've had similar issues before, where a skin is perfect, although lacking a single feature or two
