and depending on the case u want,
u need to make sure your motherboard will fit in it!
also, since u have an ANTEC PSU,
those are ATX12V PSU's, so,
u need a case that supports it, and there's plenty Smile

Eskro,

Here is a list of parts for the custom build based on using some of my existing parts. It seems like the Gateway pre-built unit (SX2370-UB30P) is definitely the way to go. Maybe you can prove me wrong... Otherwise, I will pick up another Gateway SX2370-UB30P PC today to play XBMC in my master bedroom. Please advise.

Why would you want to build a Celeron system for more money than an A6? The Celeron E1500 CPUbenchmark is less than half the A6-3500 CPUbenchmark. The discrete HD6450 GPU is not better than HD6530D iGPU either. The HD6530D iGPU is capable of crossfire "AMD Radeon™ Dual Graphics" too.

AMD A6-3500 APU with Radeon HD Graphics vs. Intel Celeron E1500 @ 2.20GHz.

>HOW-TO Bitstreaming using XBMC
I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!

The Gateway pre-built unit has the AMD A6-3600 APU. So, it really makes the custom build not worthy at all. Picking up another Gateway unit today for the master bedroom. The unit will be hidden inside a cabinet.

I am really have a problem finding the HP 5188-1667 IR receiver in the US. Now I need 2 of these devices to work with my Harmony 880 & 890 remote.

I thought I saw it at Fry's Electronics, and you can search for it in your local Craigslist too. It's always tougher to find thing during holiday.
