Can not download covers for movies located on my NAS Synology DS211j in the video folder, but can get covers for example if the film lies in the video folder on my media center.

The folder where the movie is the movie's name and year "++++++ (2011) "
Have even make a nfo file with info about the film such

What could be the problem since that XBMC does not find covers on my nas?

How are you reading the files from the Synology? If you're using FTP XBMC cannot write files back to a FTP source. You'd need to switch to SMB or NFS.

I read before UPnP / NAS Synology DS211j / Video and could not fetch covers :-(

Now i have just switched to SMB / NAS Synology DS211j / Video and now I can get the covers :-)
