SO I hope this it the proper place to post this. I have installed XBMC on a PC on my network and I am using a WDTV Live boxes to play movies on different tv's throughout my house.

The install of XBMC went fine, found my movie folder, artwork, etc. Turned on my WDTV Live box, selected Videos, selected my source, found my movies, and the artwork for the movies looks great. So no issues here.

When I select the movie to play it starts and then stops within a second or so and goes back to selection screen and the movie doesn't play.

My movie file structure is c:\movies\moviename\tsfiles

Any suggestions? I am definitely a noob when it comes to this stuff!

I had the same issue using my WDTV live and WDTV Live Hub's since Eden. The devs made some changes within uPNP that affected it somehow. But I think uPNP is so low on the list, nobody really cared. I had a thread HERE and HERE that didn't yield any working results.

Since then, I installed Mezzmo and never looked back. You can either do that or reinstall Dharma...
