Hi guys,

I am new to XBMC, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to build or buy an HTPC directly connected to an external hard drive that will store the media content. Is it possible to put the HTPC on the same server or network so that other computers on the same network (connected via a router) can upload files to the external hard drive of the HTPC (via the network)? If so, how could I set this up? Also, would it be possible to have the files automatically sync between the external hard drive and a local drive on another computer?
