Updating to 4.4 without screwing up XBMC???

Hi All,

Just wondered how I would go about updating apple tv software from version 4.2.2 without completely screwing up XBMC that is working fine?

I have installed the update be gone thingy so do I need to reset & start from scratch?

I know some folks will say to leave it be but I wanted to check out some of the updated services on the new software.

Updating iOS will delete XBMC and all your settings, so you would have to back them up and then restore them:
