[UNFINISHED] XBMC Translator (Orphan is looking for a developer)

Orphan add-on is looking for a developer.

I've too much work on other stuff to continue this add-on.
I've started it last spring and didn't touch it since.
It is almost finished... 90% working

This add-on is fully inspired by the XBMC Translator utility, we find almost same functions.
Most is that this add-on is able to create new language file and also edit the language of a skin or other add-on.

To do list from memory:
- internalisation
- Include any images of the default skin. those of confluence
- Disable debug mode so that the writing is done in the correct xml (See file \xbmc.translator\resources\lib\Language.py)

PHP Code:

# if debug, write file = "strings_test.xml"
# if not debug, overwrite file = "strings.xml"
DEBUG = True 

- I may be forgetting! but I am ready for questions. Although it's far away in my head.

I have one problem. I want to create new language but I can't save translated strings.

Can you help me?
