when lauch video files that trigger dxva (with h264 codec) i get a black screen with perfeect audio (i also get the refresh change switch)

no problem with video files using xvid codec (not triggering dxva)

i also tested disabling dxva on xbmc and in this way i get perfect playback
mpc-hc play without problem the same video files

You can try to disable "adjust refresh rate" in XBMC System settings, Video, Playback.
