Hi

I've got an atv2 wired to my router. My shares are stored on a linkstation duo also wired.

I can't seek forward on my 1080p shares (720 and 480 are ok) I've tried the various stream types and nfs seems generally the best. When I seek on either atv2 or iPad it doesn't work, iPad continues from where it left off and atv2 just stops playing. Has anyone seen this?

24 Dec (Eden Beta)
Installed via dpkg
The file is MKV with AC3 Audio
Im seeking 600 seconds as the major forward

It seeks after about 5 mintues (its just started back up as I type). Major Delay though.

I cant resume any 1080 media either.. just sticks on "working". I cant remember ths being an issue with my old nas (nslu2). Ned, are you using a linkstation?

Nah, I file share from other computers. Will look more into this in a bit. I'm about to brave the world of LAST MINUTE CHRISTMAS SHOPPING.

Ive tested on xbmc on my laptop and have a similar issue... Does anyone else have this issue with LS-Duo?

Ok I've tried....

Nfs,smb,FTP on wired Atv2 (sharing on linkstation)
Nfs on laptop
Change of router

All gives issues sharing 1080p... Can't forward large steps (30 seconds takes 15 seconds to seek). Resume takes 10 minutes!

Anyone seen this? Its driving me nuts
