Hi, neighbors and friends...

I have a 4 years old LG laptop and I've tried some windows systems in it, but none of them seems to work fine when playing huge HD videos. All of them run slowly, jumpy, desynchronized...

Now I tried a live version and the videos run just fine, but the problem is that I can't make the VGA connector work tow see my plasma TV and, although the system recognizes my USB sound card (Sonundblaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 pro), when I select it in the settings menu, the sound stills plays through the internal speakers.

I can't disallow the internal sound card in the BIOS, btw.

So... Is there any hotkey to activate my TV through VGA output? Do I have to install any driver to hear the sounds through my USB card? And how would I do that?
