No NBA on ATV, any ideas?

Sorry to ask this hear but I don't have access to off topic and my google skills are not there I guess because I can't find anything and the best people to ask are you guys so here it goes.

I can't even see the NBA selection under internet anymore, don't know when it happened either. I set the store to USA and am using a VPN that works well for the states but no go.

Do you think that something about the process or having xbmc on it did something to the menu?

I noticed the same thing. I noticed it right after I upgraded my atv flash. Do you have atv flash?

I used season-on-pass and I don't know if that installs it or not. I believe Im still at 4.2.2 as well on the os.

For anybody interested it sounds like you have to update to the latest os to get it back.
