I've swapped back and forth between the beta and the last win32 nightly ... there are definitely issues with the beta: some plugins take longer to activate a stream, and then there's more buffering - eg. BBC iPlayer and tvcatchup.
Can't be more specific, but it's annoying enough for me to drop back to the nightly pre-Eden.
