I am getting venetion blind effect with motion on all videos and choppy playback at the begining of HD m2ts and dvrms files. I don't get this with windows media center 7. Are there settings I need to tweak on xbmc?
Love the xbmc interface. I'm using neon.

You should keep rendering to DXVA and deinterlacing to DXVA best, if I remember correctly.

Good! That's motion adaptive deinterlacing, pretty much the best you can get anywhere (not sure about dedicated video processors in the thousands $ range).
