Downloaded 50Gb Bluray Concert - got lot's of m2ts files

hey there
my wife asked me to download the new Michael Jackson bluray Concert and i downloaded some 50Gb file and i got lot's of folders and i drill in there and found the big folder with all the m2ts files.
is there a way to make all the files to be 1 mkv file to play it in xbmc?
