Quick legal question, again the American government are throwing their weight around,; if this goes through will it affect XBMC and the community here?
Death-Axe Wrote:seems to be a rocky road is ahead for xbmc (it was born in the fires of piracy after all, and it's what most users use it for....)

* And unless it's changed there is no legal way to rip your DVDs either. DeCSS bypassing encryption schemes so there is no way you could legally have a DVD Rip AVI in the USA.

krish_2k4 Wrote:MPAA/RIAA and in the USA are keywords.
it will only affect americans, there nothing SOPA can do to the users of non-americans.
