So finally settled on most of my setup, but cant decide which motherboard and GPU to get.

[CPU] Intel Core i3-2100 Dual-Core 3.1GHz LGA-1155 65W
[RAM] Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz 4GB CL8
[CASE] Silverstone Sugo SG05BB-450 Mini-ITX
[COOLER] Cooler Master GeminII M4
[SSD] Corsair Nova 2.5" SATAII Trim 60GB Read:270MB/s Write:240MB/s
[REMOTE] Motorola Nyxboard Hybrid

[MOBO] ASUS P8H67-I B3, Socket-1155 mini-ITX, H67
OR
[MOBO] ASRock H67M-ITX

Better audio on the ASrock it seems, but Ive never been dissapointed by ASUS, any thoughts on these?

[GPU] ZOTAC GeForce GT 430 ZONE Edition
OR
[GPU] ASUS GeForce 210 1GB Silent PhysX CUDA Fanless

From what ive read it seems that there are some issues with audio on the GT 430 in linux? Please correct me if im wrong.

I will be running this in linux, most likely XBMC live or in a mythbuntu enviroment since I also have a MythTV backend.

The 430 will get you 3D and bitstreaming, the 210 won't. Not sure of any problems with Linux and the 430. There are reports of macroblocking with FF and REW on the NVidia GPUs but if you're going Linux, then NVidia is probably your best choice.
