[How To] Save Cached/Streamed Content.

Im sure I speak for a large chunk of us when I set out in asking for all you Genius's and tech wiz's help in this.

Ive been forging through the forums and it seems like its impossible! Are there ANY options out there to record or save the video after or while its streaming? I mean you can already rewind and forward the video after its fully buffered. Why cant we just save it afterwards?

I have an atv2 running xbmc. I understand the answer to this could he an infringement of copyright so if anyone has the answer please send it to hanichaabo@gmail.com if you dont want to post it here. Ill take care of forwardinf that info to anyone else who asks in this forum I promise. Just give me the secret, show me the light hehe
