Hey guys, very new to XBMC but trolling my way through it. Great program and upgrade from Tvixie. Anyhow - instead of letting the XBMC doing the scraping, i've used the Ember program so I can have all the info (jpegs et. al.) in each folder.

This all works fine, however, when I load XBMC, it starts to scrape the info again, and doesn't read the info which has already been placed in the folder by Ember. Is there a way to disable scraping, and if so, how do you do it? I'm sure it's a simple option but cannot seem to find it!

Having nfo doesn't mean you don't have to scrap your folders, it only means it will scrap infos locally instead of searching online. Xbmc doesn't read directly your nfo, but uses a database. So don't disable scraping, or you won't have infos...
