Hi folks,

I'm running XBMC latest PVR Build with TVHeadEnd 2.12 as Backend.

Starting record form the liveTV Menu (channel OSD) gives me an "Server error" and "Could not start record". The picture freezes / xbmc crashes and that's it ... I thought instant and timer record would work and the limit is only missing timeshift atm ?

You need to update TVHeadend to 2.12.99~pulse-4. The stable 2.12 version will not let you set recordings from within XBMC.

Okay ! Where do I get it ? I installed tvheadend from the official lonelycoder repository ..

thx ! I didn't realize, that the XBMC PVR build-PPA comes with latest TVHeadend ! 'Cause I tried - before adding this ppa - to install tvheadend I got an error with "apt-get install tvheadend" .. so I added the lonelycoder repository and installed "hts-tvheadend" ..
