MQ3 movie library off?

Is there a way to point main screen´s video-item to video-files instead of library? I don´t want to use library-mode at all with videos. This is possible in the eden´s default skin. Earlier with Dharma and Aeon this worked ok. And also isn´t there anymore option to clean video folder names?
