vpn is your only option then

yup as others have said TVCatchup via a vpn is your best bet. The iplayer also streams all of the bbc channels live (except HD). Again you're gonna need a vpn.

Yes, VPN-s are also blocked. You get a "Your ISP***is not compatible with TVCatchup" error.

I forgot to add that ITV live streams work fine if you visit their website (using a UK VPN of course). It would be great if there was an add-on similar to iPlayer though.
