The 90W picoPSU + 90W AC adapter kit is enough for the A6-PACK. Somewhere around here I posted my power measurements but now I can't find it. It was something like 30-40W for watching 1080p video and around 80W at full load (artifically tested using Prime95 large FFTs).

Oh yeah. We don't know what the power consumption of the A6-5400K looks like yet so I cannot say for sure if 90W is right. It *should* be (I can't imagine it suddenly goes from using 30-40W to play video to 150W or something) just fine unless something super screwy is going on.

Is it normal it's not 7.5V the 120W, its' 10A.. and does not have a P4 connector

The 120W picoPSUs don't have a P4 connector. You need to buy a molex-to-P4 adapter and if you intend to run a slim ODD you need a molex splitter as well.
