i checked the links you posted. almost every one of them leads to a start page for online tv. does that mean you'd like the link to every channel on that page figured out and added to an xml file? if yes, then aren't you being a little greedy (honest ,but greedy)? most of those channels are in Blackoutworms list (US and sports at least) here's a link to a cartoon list i made (it has Cartoon Network) http://pastebin.com/wpmmXS4b
as for the dominican channels, ask for a few channels at a time and check if they are working first.you will probably get more help that way.

i found your link as an rtsp. you could try that.other than that about 5 other mms links, none of which played when i tried them out in xbmc and vlc. was b4umusic actually playing on the web site you posted? i haven't found it playing anywhere.
