Hi, I am new to xbmc, Can someone please show me how to watch a live stream on it?

Hi, i wont be any help with problems im new too and haven't tried this yet myself , plus im on win7, but ive just been reading this, seems people have got it working, but with atv you cant get the higher rate, but 500 should be better than nothing right
