"Instant Email Notifications" Not working like they should!?

Hi all,

I have checked several times that I am subscribed to a thread and I have set my email notifications to "Instant". But this does not work all the time! Sometimes I get notifications of first new post and there are many! and sometimes I get nothing at all! but I seldom get a notification of 2 or more posts these days! Any ideas why is this happening

I am obviously subscribed to this thread so I get a notification when some one needs help but since XBMC moved hosts it does not seem to work well like in the past! I wonder if it has anything to do with it, or am I missing something here

Email subscriptions stopped working for me this week also, since somewhere around Feb 20th.
