If you want to bitstream, you can try these steps:

1. Connects your system this way- HTPC-->AVR-->HDTV via two HDMI cables and set your AVR to passthrough video.

2. Update the latest driver for your GPU from here- NVIDIA Driver Downloads

3. Select Nvidia HDMI output in Windows 7 Control Panel and configure speaker to "stereo"

4. The easiest way to bitstream is by using XBMC external player, and you can use my guide in this thread- Working External Player Solution or you can use the July version of Pre-eden in my Signature below, but it is harder to bitstream.
