Skin & UI Suggestions for Frodo

Any chance this could be adressed for Frodo? http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/13318

This should behave exactly the same as <bordertexture> but should be rendered on top of an image instead.

The main reason I'd like something like this is so an image can have round corners and keep it's aspect ratio.
