I know this might be a stupid question but I can't get back to the Apple TV 2 Main Menu after I launch XBMC, How do I get back?

Menu button on the remote always takes you back a screen. Just keep pressing until you're there.

Nope doesn't do it! It opens and then closes a screen that pops out of the right side

Strange. That is the left button that should do that.
Have you been playing with your keymaps?
Ah, crap. Misread. You want to quit XBMC. You can hold the menu button on the main screen in XBMC.
Or, arrow down to the power button in lower left corner.

okay thank you I have it on my old projection tv and I didn't see that power button there it is just a little slice of the button that is showing. That did work it took me right back where I wanted to go.
