Hopefully it's the correct forum here and there's no topic like this before - otherwise please let me know so I move to that.

But is it somehow possible (and if than how) to add custom artworks to aeon nox?

I'm asking because I noticed that some of my movies don't come up with a studio flag on my movies library. So I made some. But how can I add them?

Maybe also the author can check and add my new ones in the next release.

Like this is just fine. White is preferred over gray colour

Place the logo in the skin folders (just create the missing folders):

skin.aeon.nox/media/flags/studios/ (images go here)

They do need to be an exact match to the movie studio name.
My question is are the ones you posted correctly named so I can add them?

Thanks for the help. I also thought it should be there but the first time I tried it did not work. But now everythink is fine.


I do have some other Studios that are left but up to now I could not find their logos.
It's:

• Smokescreen Inc.

• Outrage Productions 4

Yes they are. I just made everything lowercase instead of upper and lowercases. But that should be ok.
But Eurovideo, the company name is complete EuroVideo Bildprogramm GmbH. I corrected the initial post.

Edit:
I also corrected cameo and red pack to change the grey tones into white color.

I Just add the flags I find to Aeon Nox. Not creating any myself.

Ive created the logos in png format at the same size as the existing logos but they do not appear in xbmc when I drop them into
skin.aeon.nox/media/flags/studios/

Are the png files you made named exactly the same as the studio name in the nfo files for the movies or tv shows?

I made a few logos myself and would contribute.

by the way, is there a method to identify missing logos with the most movies connected to them in xbmc ?
for example, if i have ten movies with the same production company without logo i would rather start with creating the icons for these.

in Nox GIT version it´s easy to see which ones are missing by browsing through showcase. i created some missing studio icons myself this way.
procedure:
first scrollin through my library, and for every movie without studio alt-tab to windows folder, search flags/studios/ for the company, and, if found, create a duplicate of it + renaming to missing name.
after that i scrolled through my library again, googled the companies names when nox showed label fallback (either official studio hp or google picture search), and, if there was a good logo available, convert it to white + transparent with GIMP. that´s mostly done within a minute.
I´m havin studio logos for almost all movies now. and if not, for 99% of the rest at least a label then at least.
it was always buggin me that such few movies had a studio flag. not anymore

I just created one in GIMP and copied one of the existing one.

1. Dharma Productions (created): Using the 160 x 109 size. Btw, is pure white on transparent background ok? Or should it be it 'grayish' in color?



2. EROS International Media (Uses the existing EROS International in the folder)



Not sure what the best way to share it is. Also, is there a specific post / thread where studio flags are added?

pure white is good, that way it works best with white themes.
i just added 80 new record labels (probaby an hour of work). would be nice if more people here could help out with stuff like that, esp for music record labels it´s often just copy-paste-renaming. very easy work.
