So I’ve added some live concerts to my library and getting de-interlaced 1080i material to run smoothly on my GT210 looks like it won’t happen, no matter what the settings I try in Live Eden.

Can a GT520 properly de-interlace 1080i material? I’m getting conflicting information from the posts on this forum.

Of course a GT430 would do the trick but it just seems like a bit of overkill, while I can’t seem to find a passive low-profile GT220.

I've heard that the 520 suffers from the same 1080i problems. Not enough pipelines to do the work at times. The 430 is great, I've been building systems with them no problems. Macroblocking when FF or REW seems to come up at times. I've never cared much to think about it.

well the GT520 has less StreamCOres then the GT430,
hence why it might struggle on some 1080i content..
