new episodes flag?

is there a way to flag new episodes in the list view of all of the tv shows that shows how many unwatched episodes or that there are new episodes for that show?

Yes this is already inlcuded in Nox, but only in views that have the watched flag instead of the ticker. Enable Show 'New' flag in media menu. You can also choose to show the flag for every unwatched item in the viewtype option.
